Aluminum plate processing and forming process:
Step 1: The designer goes to the construction site to get the dimensions of the aluminum plates that need to be used and then deepens the processing drawings (the dimensions can also be provided by the customer) and then prepares the raw materials according to the dimensions.
Step 2-1: According to the drawing size requirements, the technical master inputs the data into the CNC turret punch equipment for cutting.
Step 2-2: If you want to make some patterns, punch holes, etc., you need to use engraving machine equipment to carve out the graphics.
Step 3: Bending the opened aluminum plate into shape
Step 4: After bending, weld the corners
Step 5: After the welding is completed, the welding scars on the sheet metal need to be polished smooth. Polishing the surface smooth will also help strengthen the adhesion during color spraying.
Step 6: After polishing is completed, plant reinforcing ribs and corner codes. Generally, if the size of the sheet metal exceeds one meter, reinforcing ribs must be planted. The function of the reinforcing ribs is to ensure that the board surface is flat and not deformed. Corner codes are a part of the installation that facilitates installation.
Step 7: After the overall sheet metal is completed, surface treatment is performed. There are two types of surface treatments: spraying process and wood grain transfer, with diversified colors.
