The second type is assembled, and the entire production process does not require welding. It combines manual work with machines. There are special internal connectors at the square tube connection, so there will be a natural seam at the connection between the square tube and the square tube. The difference between this and welding is that you can first do the surface treatment and color before assembling, and the cost is relatively lower. However, if the size is too large, this process is not recommended because the solidity is not as good as welding.
The third method is to first carve the pattern designed by the designer out of an aluminum plate, and then add a frame and weld it into shape. It is usually called a partition screen in the market. Those who use this process generally use thicker aluminum plates, otherwise they will lack the three-dimensional effect of square tube forming. Compared with the welding forming process, its advantage is that the patterns are more diverse and more fashionable. However, this kind of basic is rarely used for window decoration, and is generally used for indoor partition screens. The disadvantage is that because it uses thick plate engraving, its cost will be higher than the previous two processes. However, generally speaking, the quantity of such screens is not large, and it is easy for customers to accept it.
